World class fly fishing in a blue ribbon trout river, boat launch and Hobo Hot Springs are right outside the door. Hot springs are free and open 24/7. Saratoga Lake is only 2 miles away. It is a perfect haven for outdoor fun and retreat. Located only four blocks from downtown. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The Bunkhouse at Cottonwood Acres Country Retreat

Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. The Marmots, will often make an appearance. Wildlife abounds, moose, deer, elk pronghorn, bear, wolf and fox as well as many species of bird call this special place home. The spacious deck overlooks the forest and the mountains as well as the warm water ponds.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals.
