In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. I don't rent a house or a complete apartment. The guest area is located on the second floor of my house, where I live on the first floor. Depending on the size of the group, I combine single, double and triple rooms. There is ONE common bathroom on the floor for ALL guests. On request, and only then, my guests can also share my kitchen. However, there is no entitlement under any circumstances. In any case, I will continue to use my kitchen during this time.

The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
