The sauna, hot tub and fireplace offer relaxation. One of our highlights is the loft net, which allows a view over the lake. The vacation home has 2 bedrooms with box spring beds. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed.

Lean back and relax: In this quiet environment between fields and forest, the fox and rabbit say "Good night" to each other. Pheasants, deer, rabbits and also fireflies are often seen. The area invites you to take long walks. It is also very suitable as a starting point for cycling tours in Emsland, as the apartment is located directly on the Hasetal route network. You can go canoeing on the Hase, which is 7 km away.

UniKate – Vacation in Artland

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.

In our guest house furnished with a lot of love, we warmly welcome our guests. The guest house has 2 single beds, which are located on an gallery. ( The beds can also be pushed together). There is room for more guests on a sofa bed. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and biking trails, you will find our nice guest house. Here you will find a paradise for relaxing, cycling, fishing or for tours to the nearby Netherlands. But you can also walk to nature in a few steps. We offer you an apartment on the upper floor of our single-family home.

In a central yet quiet location, you can rent a 55 m² studio in the extension of my old town villa. Here you will find a kitchen with adjoining dining area and living area including a high-quality sofa bed, a small work area with desk, a minimalist bathroom and a cozy bedroom overlooking the garden.
