Monthly Rentals in Emmons

We only stayed at Kathleen‘s place one night and we didn’t check in until 9:30. But this place was a gem. My husband is a sucker for old houses and we both loved this place. The work that Kathleen and her husband put into it shows. We wish we had more time to spend here. One other thing to mention was we were not able to get the TV to work and I messaged Kathleen about it and within 15 minutes her husband was there and got it working for us. It was operator error. We are old. What can I say? I really appreciate that. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here, kitchen was perfect size for us. We are cookers and the space was perfect! Having laundry amenities was appreciated.. the steps going down stairs were a bit steep and my sister could not go down stairs. But, overall, this stay was perfect!

Stayed for a month while working in the area. The apartment was very clean/comfortable and it was easy enough to check in. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

This was my second stay and as the first stay, I was very pleased. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is cozy with a full kitchen. If you are in the area this is an awesome location.
