Family lives in main floor so not a party house, but great place for up to 4 to stay and relax. Bedroom one has a Queen & twin. Bedroom 2 bed is full size. This cottage is in a large backyard behind the main house. It is a nice place to stay if you are visiting family in the area, but want your own space. The cottage in a quiet neighborhood with cafes and a book shop right around the corner. It is also a mile from Sugarhouse Park and the Sugarhouse business district. We are 3 miles from downtown, yet only 30 - 50 miles to the mountains and 9 nine different ski resorts. It is about 5 minutes to the freeway depending on traffic.
