Top floor, historic listed barn -The Scantlings

Ellergill House Barn is a Grade II Listed building in a scenic, rural location in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. It dates from the early 19th century and was lovingly restored in 2019. The Scantlings provides luxury 3 bedroom accommodation. The main bedroom with en suite shower room can be used as a double or a twin. Adjacent to this room with an internal door is a small twin room. There is additionally a third bedroom which is a large double and a family bathroom. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is extremely spacious with a wood burning stove making it an ideal space for friends and family to get together. If additional space is required, two further bedrooms, an additional bathroom and extra living space can be booked on the ground floor of the barn. The photos for this are shown under Events Room.

An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide. Several early morning opening cafes are nearby and Marks and Spencers Simply Food is just around the corner. I live across the road so I am on hand if you need anything

Conveniently located only a short drive from Ilkley, Skipton and Bolton Abbey it is the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful part of Yorkshire. Converted in 2024, the property is finished to a high standard, including hot tub, wood burner and full underfloor heating. Sorry, we are unable to accept dogs or other pets.

The End Place is a self-contained cottage adjoining Moorhouse Cottage. Downstairs is open plan, comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with wood burning stove. Upstairs opens out into a magical, fairy-lit, vaulted bedroom with a king size brass bed adorned with crisp linen and includes en suite with shower.
