Our spacious two-story guest house is located directly in our garden, is surrounded by lawn and trees and invites you to linger on 43 square meters with its coziness. In the maritime bunk bed, children's dreams come true and since we have two children (2 and 6 years) ourselves, sandboxes, a trampoline and various vehicles are ready to play. In the guest house itself there is a toilet installed, you can shower in your own Airbnb shower/toilet in the basement of our house next door.

Farm: A different way of living.

Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs into the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. WiFi is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, for example on our stream bridge or in the stable passage.

Living by the River

Small apartment located right on the river with large terrace and beautiful garden not far from the Jagsttal cycle path. On scenic paths along the Jagst, you can explore the beautiful landscape. There is direct access to the Jagst, ideal for swimming, boating and paddle boarding. The cozy apartment has its own entrance with a wardrobe and an open living and sleeping room with beautiful views of the river and nature. The idyllic and quiet location invites you to relax.

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
