Welcome to our stylish 65 m², 1-room apartment on the 3rd floor (attic) of a lovingly renovated farm in Elzach-Prechtal. Enjoy the scenery, the fantastic views from the roof balcony and the modern ambiance with fully equipped kitchen and floor-level shower. Plenty of space around the house, private playground, parking space & the local mountain "Gschasi" (1077 m). Elzach (5 min), Freiburg (35 min), Europa-Park (45min), France (1h, Strasbourg) & Switzerland (1h, Basel) easily accessible.

Our quiet apartment is beautifully situated in the countryside. With a large balcony, a nice spacious daylight bathroom, very quiet bedrooms and a large kitchen-living room. Perfect for relaxing or visiting various places that are good for you. Herb garden à la Hildegard Bingen or wonderful cities. In the immediate vicinity you will find ideal recreational opportunities: nature at your doorstep or Europa-Park in Rust. Of course with Konus - map to the two-valley land. Exciting!!

The Schuttig apartment is quietly yet centrally located and stands out for its cleanliness and modern, fresh décor. The kitchenette is equipped with two hotplates and an air fryer—ideal for simple, healthy cooking. Free Wi-Fi ensures you stay comfortably connected throughout your visit. This is a basement apartment (approx. 45 m²), offering a pleasantly quiet, ground-level atmosphere. A fan is available for warm summer days. You have a free parking space directly at the house.

Here you will find a place for people who appreciate the special – tranquility, space and natural beauty. Surrounded by meadows and forests, an open view opens up over the Black Forest heights – a panorama that touches. The modern architecture blends harmoniously with high-quality, stylish furnishings and creates an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The Soleil Soul Chalet offers 120 m², spread over two levels, space for up to six people – a place to arrive.

Fixenhof - A hands-on farm

In an idyllic, quiet location, surrounded by meadows and forests, lies the Fixenhof. Since the farm is at the end of a side valley, there is no through traffic. Your children can romp around undisturbed and it is an ideal starting point for long hikes or mountain bike tours. We are a family business with grassland, forestry, schnapps distillery and livestock. Small animals such as bunnies, chickens, cats also live with us on the farm.

Recreation in the Black Forest

The apartment is located on the outskirts of the town, close to the adjacent forest, which is perfect for leisurely walks. The apartment is perfect as a base for hiking, mountain biking, or exploring the nearby Kinzigtal, Freiburg, and the Black Forest. In the center, there are various shopping options as well as a variety of local restaurants. There is a public children's playground in the immediate vicinity.

Apartment for Hirsch / Apartment 59

The apartment zum Hirsch is located in the Terrassenpark, in Schonach in the Black Forest. In front of the apartment are parking spaces, with direct, barrier-free access to the apartment. In addition, an underground parking space is included. There is also an indoor swimming pool in the building for free use. A sauna for shared use is also available, which can be used for a small fee (€1 for 10 minutes).
