The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

2-family house at the NORTH POLE of the world

one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the village, built by the Leineweber in the 18th century, along a stream that winds through the tranquil Niederorschel in Eichsfeld - now converted into a rustic vacation home with two separate living studios. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.
