In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. Welcome. Our 150-square-meter vacation home, in Sundhausen, can accommodate a total of 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

The tiny house is located in a rural part of Erfurt, approx. 15 minutes (by car) from the city center. The location is quiet and offers a lot of nature (forest, fields and reservoir). There is a small playground with a spring and an excellent baker in the village. The tiny house is located on a private property (the courtyard is shared) and also includes parking directly at the property.
