The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

2-family house at the NORTH POLE of the world

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. Welcome. Our 150-square-meter vacation home, in Sundhausen, can accommodate a total of 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

In the north of Erfurt in a very quiet garden approx. 15 minutes from the city center, this small and very cozy oasis is located. Excellent transport connection, tram stop 150 meters away and 2 km to the highway. Here you can relax and recover from everyday stress.
