2-family house at the NORTH POLE of the world

one of the oldest half-timbered houses in the village, built by the Leineweber in the 18th century, along a stream that winds through the tranquil Niederorschel in Eichsfeld - now converted into a rustic vacation home with two separate living studios. The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

In 2013, the 3 quietly located apartments and in 2018 a basement apartment in the Rosenhof were opened and can accommodate up to 15 people. Enjoy the sight and scent of our English roses in our garden. The apartments and the holiday home are located in the immediate vicinity of the old town. The Erfurt Cathedral, the Petersberg, the university and the clinic are also within walking distance. The nearest tram stop is less than a 2-minute walk away.
