A tiny house with the comforts of home. Single Bedroom stair free in-law suite with amazing sunsets and the feeling of being in the middle of the woods while still being close enough to enjoy a reasonable drive to some of the Finger Lakes best hiking trails, food, wineries and other destination locations. If you come in the winter you will want an all wheel drive vehicle if there is snow on the roads, but half a mile down the hill and you are on the state highway to the finger lakes region.

Susan has a beautiful home and is very friendly. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

Super clean cozy place. There were even spices in the kitchen which was nice. The beds were very comfortable. Great spot for a weekend.

We needed a pet friendly accommodation with short notice due to the passing of a family member. Oladele’s home was nice, in a good area and he was very communicative. I like older homes as they have lots of character. The yard was good for our dogs and a nice neighborhood to walk. Thank you Oladele.

This is a neato cabin... Glamping at its finest! It's back in the woods on a dirt road which is a truely "back woods" experience. This place is definitely for those types who don't mind walking and playing in the dirt and mud as it can be rather soggy and mushy after rain. I really enjoyed the Sunrise, the Porch, Firepit and paddleboat! The shower and outhouse are VERY rustic so be prepared for that. The Loft bed requires climbing up a narrow ladder which requires some agility and balance. I came to Ithaca to hike the Waterfalls so this place is very convenient. The owner is very knowledgeable regarding the hiking areas. Overall the reflective nature of the Pond Cabin experience was super great fun and extremely worthwhile.

This magical, cozy cottage is full of warmth and love. As a solo woman traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable. My dog was relaxed as well, extremely dog friendly. Mary Cay is a gem, a true earth angel. She goes above and beyond to care for her guests and provides a loving, peaceful atmosphere. There’s so many things I love about this country cottage, but one of my favorite is the positive energy flowing all about. Decorated with such clever, repurposed vintage art brings a whimsical, romantic vibe. Whether you are with a partner or on your own self love journey, this place will support your needs with such grace and harmony. I look forward to my return. I miss it already. One of the best Airbnbs I ever encountered. Mary Cay is the most thoughtful and kind host I have ever encountered. This is a gem.
