This place was the highlight of our trip in Sri Lanka. From the second you arrive its like staying with family. the beds are comfortable the rooms spacious, air con and hot water. The very low room rate made us think there would be something wrong. Quite the opposite, Bhagya should simply be charging more. The dinner the family cooked for us was incredible and to see the safari/yala at the North end of the park, away from the crowds was the best experience we could have hoped for. there's only 15 safari 4x4s in the north opposed to 300 vehicles in the south. Raise your prices Bhagya this is the best product in Sri Lanka

It was a great deal for us . Easy to find location . Keells , dominoes n pizza hut all near . Gregory lake just walking distance . Staff members Halen n Shrikantha so so helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was so yummy n neatly arranged . This bungalow is like home away home ... outdoor just awesome ... perfect for peace n nature lovers... will surely visit again. We loved the beds so comfy n clean n i 100% recommend this bungalow.

If you are considering to book this place, just do it. They are the most welcoming people and really want to make the best out of your stay. The view is just incredible. Sunset as well as sunrise are impressive from up there. The house is such an experience as well. Just don’t expect a 5 star hotel vibe - but then you will simply love this place. (And the food - delivered by a chef from the town „closeby“ - was the best of my entire time Sri Lanka). I wish everyone could have this experience

Dammi was an extremely friendly host who was also very responsive. She was very warm and ensured I felt comfortable during the stay. Dammi had even prepared a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast for me and it was amazing! Definitely coming back when I visit again!

Absolutely loved this place! Away from the busy world in a peaceful setting. The cabin is lovely and Sri Lankan breakfast was very nice too. Host and staff friendly and responsive, it was great that the tuk-tuk was waiting for us at the train station upon arrival.
