Perfect Rental! Lovely Rustic finished-basement in a private home, in an upscale neighborhood on the Mainline. Huge Living Room, large Bar/Kitchenette area, large bedroom with ensuite bathroom; outside there are several different seating areas in the large/bucolic back yard. Retired couple from Florida rented Don's place for a week while helping our daughter, who was moving into an apartment in the area. The rental was exactly as described, and was perfect for our needs; I can't imagine having to spend a week in a cramped hotel room! After long days of packing and moving, we sat outside in the beautiful backyard and enjoyed a beverage.... and a cigar for me! The homeowner, Don, lives in the house..... but he is completely unobtrusive; he greeted us briefly upon our arrival, and all subsequent contact with him was initiated by us. He is a friendly, helpful guy..... and we will definitely stay with him again during our future visits with our daughter.

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. Amazing stay, hosts went above and beyond for us. Coming from Scotland and never being in Philadelphia before they made it easy and gave great recommendations. House was stocked amazingly and felt like a home from home. Nothing was a bother for them and they were always available for any questions. I have never been in such a good air BnB.

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful Philly apartment! It’s super clean, stylish, and well-appointed, but the hot tub really takes things to the next level—so relaxing after a day of exploring. Fair warning: there are a lot of stairs, so pack light and consider it your built-in workout! 😅 The location is unbeatable—quiet but close to everything. Definitely check out Café Lift just a 3-minute walk away for an incredible all-day brunch (the eggs benedict & lemon ricotta pancakes are chef’s kiss). Highly recommend this place for a cozy, elevated (literally!) Philly experience. Would absolutely stay again!

Derek’s home was lovely. Very clean, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Whenever I texted him, he got back promptly. It was nice that they close the street on weekends and the restaurants have tables and chairs outside, also some live music. You have to get the gelato at D’Ascenzo’s on Gay Street!

Marc was a great host He answered all question and very available and committed to making your stay feel like home. My two day stay was wonderful! Thanks Marc I will us your place again when in Philly!!!

Great host, stay, and neighborhood. It was so cozy and clean that for a moment there I forgot I didn’t live there. I was so stressed out from my flight but as soon as I walked into the place, I instantly felt myself calm down. I look forward to booking again.

This apartment is in a wonderful location, near Rittenhouse Square, many restaurants, coffee shops, very walkable and beautiful. It was quiet, private and convenient!

Very clean and comfortable, spacious, and good location. I was able to easily find restaurants with gluten-free options, and kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking implements.

I had a wonderful time staying at Chandra and Teddy's place. By far, it was the cleanest and best-equipped Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need—and more—was provided. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and feel completely at home. The location was incredibly convenient, just a 15-minute drive outside of Philadelphia, and the included parking space was a great bonus. It gave me peace of mind knowing my car was safe overnight, while also providing a quiet place to sleep. Overall, my stay was great, and I’m already looking forward to staying there again on my next trip to Philadelphia 😊

This is a lovely place to stay and so quiet and private! Skeitha is a great host. She adjusted the temperature for me and checked in everyday to make sure I had what I needed. The place is comfortable and had everything a guest could want and more! And when her listing says the place is clean, you can believe it, because it was spotless! From here, it's easy to get into the center of Philadelphia and also to do things further outside of Philadelphia, so it's a great location. And last, but certainly not least, it is a fantastic bargain. So stop swiping and book this airbnb now.

Natalie’s place is located in a beautiful location in Rittenhouse Square. It was decently quiet and felt extremely safe. I would absolutely book again
