Monthly Rentals in Elies

We have stayed in this beautiful villa for two nights....I wish we had it booked longer. The property is located in a remote but picturesque village, Ano Volimes. The most visited tourist attraction, shipwreck beach is just a 4km drive from there, making it a perfect base to discover the north part of the island. Check in was really smooth, we were welcomed by Stratos and Boris with huge hospitality. The house is beautiful and well equipped, everything is still brand new. It has a nice terrace with BBQ, and the jazuzzi is a nice addition to make your relaxation full. This property is ideal who wants to avoid the touristic towns of the southern parts and seek a more relaxed, quiet and idyllic environment for their holiday. In order to reach the property and getting around, a car is highly recommended. For dinners we can recommend nearby tavernas, especially 'Kaminaki', which is just around the corner. We had a great time overall, this place is definitely worth to visit. Thanks again!!!

It was just great! The villa is an absolute dream, a lot of privacy, super equipped, the breathtaking view of the sea. The cleanliness is impeccable. Giota and the entire team are always there to help and advise, something you rarely experience. We had a great time at Gianni's place! The place was clean and well organised. The location is convenient especially if you are planning to visit the north part of the island.

It was the perfect stay. Me and my girlfriend wanted a vacation of calmness and tranquility and boy did we get that and some more! The villa was beautifully located with a view one could only dream about, it was so clean and fresh and easy to maintain that way. The interior was beautiful and comfortable around the entire house. The kitchen was a delight for my girlfriend who loves to cook, it had all the utilities one would need and a beautiful view even from there. The pool area was very nice and spacious, it was so well kept by charming Petro who was the pool keeper, such a helpful and nice man. The area is very quiet and tranquil. Our contact Eliana went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, we loved how invested she was in making our vacation beautiful with all the tips and recommendations she had for us, she is truly amazing. We will miss all of it, a week in this beautiful villa gave us memories for a lifetime.
