Very nice accommodation close to the center and with the minimum available to help you out! Nikos is super friendly and gives you good addresses and tours to do in Mykonos!

Nikos was incredibly helpful and friendly through out our entire journey. Gave us some wonderful recommendations for the local area! Overall the place was very lovely and in a great location.

The flat was very nice, especially the shape of the bathroom, bed and kitchen. We had all what we needed and could walk to beach within 8 minutes. Bus connection is great and near the flat. Sofia was all the time reachable for questions that was very helpful! We would gladly book it again.

This is a cute, comfortable bnb with a great view of Mykonos. The only negative would be the stairs to get to the residence. We knew about them bc we read the reviews but thought it would be worth it for the view and it was. The views are beautiful. There is a cute patio which is great for sitting out on with some wine and cheese to enjoy. The residence is in a quiet area away from the busy Mykonos town which is a plus. The residence was fully equipped and Angelina was very sweet and responsive. Would recommend.

Very well located in the city, spacious for two, on the top floor with a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea; free parking nearby; just know that the stairs to the top floor are very steep! Unforgettable stay, we'll be back for sure!

We had a great stay here! Nikos was a great host who was very flexible with our arrival time and gave us a very helpful overview of the island/recommendations! He was also very responsive and made checkout very easy. He gets bonus points for letting us pet his dog. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Loved the location – it was close to everything and absolutely picturesque. Being within walking distance of so many great restaurants, bars, and shops made our stay super convenient and enjoyable. The neighborhood felt safe and vibrant, with plenty to explore both during the day and at night. The place itself was clean, and cozy!

Katerina was an amazing host, and if we ever come back we will absolutely try to rebook at this house! The location is amazing and couldn’t have been better. It is right on the water with a beautiful view! Katerina’s arranged transportation for us with her driver Manos and he was just as great. Absolute wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Eftyhia's place! She was incredibly welcoming and went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. Her recommendations for the best spots to visit and the tastiest local food were spot on. She also spoiled us with some delicious homemade pastries—such a lovely touch! The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Its central location made it super convenient to get around the island—everything was easily accessible. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a warm host and a comfortable stay!

We loved staying here while in Mykonos! It was too chilly for the pool but we loved having a hot tub and all the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable! Definitely recommend and would stay again if we’re lucky enough to come back to Mykonos

This was our first time in Mykonos so we wanted a place that was close to everything but yet private as well. This place delivered. The deck is perfect with the most amazing sunsets and sunrises. Very walkable to town and easy to get to after a night on the town. Recommend this place to anyone looking to expedite the Mykonos vibe

The studios are very good and despite the taverns, shops, etc. environment we don't hear any noise. Close to buses and easy access to the port in the alleys, recommended

The place is just like the pictures: while it is small, it has everything one might need and the location is ideal for both folks that want to drive around the island as well as people that wish to chill and stay in an area that has a lot to offer - like we did. This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking to be very close to the town of Mykonos. You are surrounded by stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and so many fun nightlife places!! You are right by the water but that will not be the best beach on the island. It was very easy to either order a taxi to a walkable restaurant nearby to get your taxi or you can walk to the bus station where you can take a cheap bus ride to so many beautiful beaches around. I would definitely stay at this place again! Since the apartment is located in the little streets where cars have no access, you will be doing some walking but nothing hard at all, you can meet cars to pick you up at other near places.
