Rosemary cottage is one of three cabins which rest on the edge of a lake in the heart of the Banhoek conservancy. It is a light filled, modern cabin with a wood fired hot tub, direct access to endless hiking and the finest mountain biking trails in the western cape. Although it is intended as a two person cabin, there is an open queen sized pod attached to the living room which can sleep 2 children or an extra guest for a small extra fee. There is an infrared sauna below the dam for you to use.

NB: We had a fire on the farm on 30 December 2024. The Pod is unaffected but surrounding landscape is burnt. Guests feedback is the view is still exquisite and well worth the stay, but it's not as green as before. A converted shipping container with luxury finishes and amazing views. This four sleeper unit has two equally beautiful en-suite bedrooms paired with panoramic views of the Theewaterskloof while enjoying the wood-fired hot tub, it is the perfect getaway just 1.5 hours from Cape Town.

Kingston Cottage

Kingston Cottage is a self-catering cottage situated 5 km from Franschhoek, neighbouring the beautiful La Motte Wine Farm and close to well-known destinations such Moreson, The Franschhoek Beer Co. and Maison. The property is a smallholding with a main house and additional cottage. It is home to three horses and our much-loved cat after whom Kingston cottage is named.
