In the west of Duisburg, on the city limits to Krefeld and Moers, our apartment (45 square meters) is located in a quiet side street. Due to the nearby highway A 57 (about 2 km) with the junctions to the A 40, A 42 and A 44, you can quickly reach worthwhile excursion destinations on the Lower Rhine and in the Ruhr area, the airport and the Düsseldorf Exhibition Center. If you have to work temporarily in Krefeld, Duisburg or Moers, you will find comfortable accommodation with us even for a longer period of time.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The tram connection 043, which can be reached in 1 minute, leads to Uerdingen train station and Krefeld main train station. A supermarket, bakery, post office, savings bank, butcher, cafe, medical center, pharmacy and gas station are also within 2 minutes. By car, you can reach the A57 highway in 2 minutes, for example to be in Düsseldorf in 15 minutes or Cologne in 45 minutes.

The accommodation is not only an ideal starting point for vacationers to explore the left bank of the Lower Rhine, but also for guests of celebrations and events as well as trade fair visitors and business travelers. Pretty small towns, historic manor houses, nearby farm cafes and nature parks invite you to cycle and hike without borders.

Das Apartment befindet sich in Zentrum von Hüls. Straßenbahnverbindung zum Krefelder Hbf, mit direkten Verbindungen nach Düsseldorf, Duisburg und Köln. Das Apartment besteht aus einem separaten Schlafzimmer mit Ensuite Badezimmer, einem Wohnzimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Das Wohnzimmer hat ein TV und Wifi. Vor der Türe gibt es viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Hüls ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, mit Restaurants und einer Bar in 300 Metern und einer Bäckerei in 20 Metern entfernt.

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.
