Monthly Rentals in Eldorado do Sul

From the first contact the Host was very helpful, provided a place to store luggage until the checkin time, made it easier to check in, it was always available for our questions about the place. When we arrived the washing machine was not working 100% and in a few hours it was solved. Despite being central, the apartment is quite quiet, cozy and has a great air conditioning in the room, as well as a washer and dryer. We've been on Airbnb for 10 years and I believe it was our best service experience to date.

Stay for 3 nights to participate in the POA Marathon. The location is great, right in the central region, the apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. I would stay again. I thank Edmilson, who from the moment I made the reservation, has been helpful and proactive, to help me with any need or doubt. On a future return to Porto Alegre, I would stay again.

We were delighted with the apartment! Everything was super clean and organized. The host, André, was extremely kind and attentive and welcomed us with cake and coffee, a kindness that made all the difference. We had shampoo, soaps, towels and clean, fragrant sheets. The bed was super comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was very cozy. The view is simply wonderful, with the most beautiful sunset we've ever seen, a true gift! We thank André for all the hospitality and care. We love every detail of your stay!

Building with 24-hour concierge and very close to a good supermarket (about 50 steps away). Everything I needed, I was able to do in the vicinity, which is a very comfortable area. Spacious, well organized and well equipped apartment (I stayed a month in Porto Alegre for work and the space has tables to work quietly). I was also able to cook well in the kitchen, which had good pots (a very functional wok), a coffee maker, a microwave and a large refrigerator, about 350 liters. It leaves nothing to be desired, wonderful cost/benefit. I hope that next year I can stay in the apartment again!
