A wonderful stay in a beautiful house. Tugay was a great host & a very efficient communicator. The house is exactly as described, really nice place with all the amenities you could need & in a lovely area. Quiet, peaceful & a short drive away from everywhere! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & most definitely recommend. Thanks again Tugay for an amazing stay and for being very accommodating!

Arife and Oliver were great hosts, gave us great recommendations and were very helpful. The property was beautiful and peaceful and had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable week here. Lots of shops and restaurants in Kayakoy which was easy to reach on foot. Beaches and Fethiye just a short drive away.

A very pleasant stay, easy accessible to shops and restaurants, very accommodating just unsure if we had to wash towels, which we did, but weather wasn’t too good to get the towels dry quick enough. Probably recommend a tumble dryer in unsettled weather. Apart from that, it was a lovely stay for my family. A Highly recommended villa.

The villa is beautifully designed and elegantly decorated with privacy and comfort. From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the stunning views.. the villa offers panoramic vista of lush greenery and the Mediterranean Sea. Waking up to the sunrise and watching sunset was absolutely magical ! One of the many highlights is the infinity pool .. the temperature perfect and surrounded by blissful nature ! We used the modern. Kitchen . Equipped with all modern appliances. And lovely to cook in. ! The terrace was FABULOUS! We ate outside and played games. .. enjoying the ping pong. Table and other fun games .. the beds. Were DIVINE .. with perfect temperatures in the bedroom. With fresh air Or AC . The bathrooms. ? Indescribable ! Amazing! Huge marble vaulted bathrooms with rain showers equipped. To make you feel like a princess ( or prince. ) We were a family of 9. Traveling together with our 89 year mom. And this villa was truly beyond ALL of our expectations!

We loved our stay in this Stone Villa. Communication from the Host was very quick and they were always happy to help. The Villa is surrounded by peaceful and tranquil nature. very relaxing! We loved the cats that visited us everyday of our stay. We had around 7 cats in the garden with us one night! Wish we could have brought one home with us! The photos matched the Villa perfectly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of kitchenware available. All bedrooms had comfy beds. We would definitely recommend a car hire as the Villa is located in a small village about 15 minute drive to the main shops and restaurants. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and hope to return again 😊

We stayed at Anatolian Apartments as a group of six of family, and the duplex apartment was perfectly suitable for us. It was clean, tidy, and well-organized, with all the necessary kitchen equipment available for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights for me was the pool, which provided the perfect opportunity for my early morning swim sessions. Parking was easy, right next to the building on the side of the road. The location is also great—very close to both Çalış Beach (10 mins drive) and central Fethiye (20 mins) . We had dinner every evening at one of the many restaurants on Barış Manço Boulevard, just a short drive away. Deniz Bey was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! I’m already planning to visit again in September and hope to stay here once more if it’s available. Highly recommended!

Villa number ten, the garden is very large, you can park your car in front of the villa door, choose it for a nice experience in a quiet location to relax, thanks to the villa owner

The house was really nice. After we checked into the house, we realized that the house is nicer than the photos. It's a very important detail that each room has a bathroom. The most important advice I can give about the house is to do a comprehensive, spacious, and detailed grocery shopping. There is very little of the basic necessities in the house. But that's not a problem, you're already paying for the house. 😅 The grocery stores are not far at all. It's a quiet and peaceful area. We have rested. If you have a car, you can go to the centers of Ölüdeniz and Fethiye in 10-15 minutes. Ms. Anzhelika and her helpers were friendly and caring. They also provided us with flexibility in check-in and checkout times. Their communication was also very good. We enjoyed it. I recommend. Thank you. 😊🙏

Mr. Murat is a magnificent host. The house has everything from lemon squeezer to cake mold, umbrella to take to sea, novel. We felt like we were at our friend's vacation home. After Mr. Murat's house, we continue our vacation in another house and are looking for our old house with a candle right now. We eat a trip from the host for tea kettle, shampoo, towels, salt, and it doesn't..:)) The house is 10 minutes walking distance to the sea, the Şok Bim Migros monopoly hospital is close to everything. I don't want to praise it too much, actually, so that no one should always come, but I'm writing to deliver Mr. Murat. Thank you very much. We stayed for a total of 4 people including a baby, and in the meantime, there is a double bed and a single bed, and two people can sleep on the armchairs.

The villa is extremely attractive, and the pool is warm and very large. The terrace is lovely - it is shaded all day, and has a beautiful view of Babadog Mountain. The valley seems miles away from anywhere, with delightful restaurants, small shops and a great baker, but you are only 20 minutes from both Fethiye and Olu Deniz - car hire needed. The only noise in the valley is crickets, the occasional car, and the call to prayer.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful view of the harbour and right next to the old town, we wanted to stay more than one night! Lots of restaurants around all in walking distance.

Sunset beach villa is just as described, zero to the sea and very clean complex. We had everything we needed at home. The fact that the villa has a private pool is a great advantage for families with children. Ms. Ilknur, Mr. Burak and Mr. Semih helped us with everything we needed. Thank you so much for everything.

Ms. Asli and her mother were very friendly, the inside of the site and the house is pleasant. The house and items are not very new but meet the need for a short time. Very close to the center and the sea, the amenities are so many complete vacation places. Thanks for everything

Great place to stay; we had a family of 7 and felt very comfortable. The place was super clean, relaxing, private, and quiet. Everything we wanted to do from sight seeing to delicious restaurants was either in walking distance or easy public transportation, the bus stop is literally in front of the establishment. Kids loved the pool, it was super clean and friendly service; and yes! they had a poolside bar with an awesome bartender named Bilal that was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The receptionist was also available at all times and answered all our questions with a welcoming smile. A special thank you to our host Demir, words cannot describe his hospitality which was second to NONE. Demir made us feel like family and treated me like his own brother. From providing information on places to go to our needs at the hotel, Demir was available at all times. Thank you Demir, we will definitely be back here for our next journey to Hisaronu and Oludeniz.

The location of the house was quite good. It was close to transportation to everywhere. It was very important to us that she allowed pets. Our pets have been a suitable place to stay. We were satisfied with the price performance. Ms. Melis was very caring. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The property is spacious, clean, and comes with all the amenities as described. The swimming pool was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The host was absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I’d definitely recommend this place. If you’re on foot, but not fond of hills, there is a steep hill to get to the place. Going down is easy!

Very nice villa seers felt comfortable

Very grateful to Bir for helping us out when our original booked villa cancelled 8 weeks before we were due to arrive. A lovely villa with fantastic views that we miss already. Plenty of hot water and showerheads that worked well. Pool was very much needed as we had temperatures of mid 30’s to low 40’s during our stay, also a lovely breeze. We were very lucky as the villas around us were empty until our last day so we had a peaceful stay. The gardens do make the villa feel private and the pool area is not overlooked. We think the walk to uzumlu village would probably take 10-15 minutes but was too hot to time it during our stay, we always found a parking spot in the centre. The 2 of us had a real chillaxed holiday, which was exactly what we needed.

This really was a special find 😊 Emin was very hospitable and responded to my questions quickly and professionally. This apartment is lovely and having use of the shared pool made my stay more enjoyable. The apartment is located near a lovely restaurant, supermarket and bakery. There is a dolmus stop and a taxi button close by and if you feel energetic, it is only a 25 minute walk into Hisoranu. The apartment was very clean and had almost everything I needed to be self-sufficient. The bedrooms were a good size, as was the kitchen, dining and living areas. Both bathrooms were a good size too. Everything was as stated in the listing and in the photographs on the Air B&B site. Please note that there are a lot of steps associated with this property. I enjoyed my nine days here so much that I have already booked to stay again in January 2025. Emin is a brilliant and friendly host. This is a lovely property, and I highly recommend it.

Villa Ecrin is in need of some modernisation and a bit of basic maintenance but the beautiful location and peace and quiet of the area more than made up for this. If you can overlook the cosmetics this Villa provides a truly relaxing experience.

We loved our stay at Sunshine Villa. Would have liked to stay longer, but only found it at the last minute and unfortunately it was already booked for extra dates. The pictures actually don’t do this Villa justice. It was lovely and comfortable and the pool is fantastic. Having the TV channels meant I didn’t miss too much of the Olympics either. The neighbourhood was quiet and it was a five minute walk to grocery shops and local restaurants, which we found to be great value. It took us about 15 minutes to walk down to the seafront at Calis with a lot of restaurant and shop choices. We loved the water taxi that took a 30min trip to Fetiye. Our communication with Bob was excellent, always quick to respond and very informative. I would highly recommend this Villa and we really hope we get to come back again in the future.

Absolutely great place to stay at . Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed . The Villa had a private pool which was amazing and was usable anytime of the day as well as the inside of the villa which was spacious and clean .
