They are the best hosts that I have ever met with. The apartam is well-furhished, clean and spacious, the view from the whole apartman is breathtaking. The tram is very close, you can reach the city center in 10mins.

Lovely modern apartment, all the amenities were there that you needed. Peaceful location although far enough from the city where an uber is required. you can tell rafal and karina take care of the place. Amazing for a nice relaxing few days. The pool has an AMAZING view. Jazmin was also so helpful and made checking in so easy with a step by step guide and was only a text away from any questions. Overall an amazing and relaxing experience and will definitely be going back!

One of the best Airbnb experiences so far. Dino is incredibly friendly, flexible and helpful. The apartment is great and even got us through a rainy day without us missing anything. The decor is modern and cozy. The small seating area on the covered balcony is great to end the evening. It has everything, even beach towels, umbrella, etc. When we are back in Alicante, we will be happy to come back.

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Really great apartment for long-ish term stay with what you need for making simple food. Supermarket close by, Lidl is 35 minutes away if you want more diversity. The beach is 5 minutes walk away and it's really nice and maintained with few people in May, despite the 25+/- a bit degrees Celsius. To the right side of the beach, the old, regular beach can be found which is better for privacy and nature.

Cozy and nice little apartment, fresh and clean! The backyard has a little to be desired but it will get a facelift. Nice with shade on the balcony in the evening when it is really hot so you can have the door open. The house is a little sensitive, mainly from the stairwell but everyone is very considerate. Nice walk to the restaurants along the sea and plenty to choose from. I would also like to mention the fantastically nice grocery store that is a short distance from the apartment. Great place to stay. Very remote and peaceful. There were 13 of us in total (kids and adults) and all enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend coming by car as it's quite remote and restaurants and other things are too far away to walk.

This place has incredible beds, easy ground floor access from the street, free parking right outside, a cute design, and is squeaky clean. The kitchen had almost no tools and supplies. The friendly and sincere host is promising to upgrade so if the kitchen matters (and it should as nothing is open in winter in Novelda) then please check with him to confirm the additions before you book. Novelda is great. In February it’s mostly closed up but the casa museo moderniste, the nearby tourist information (in another lovely space), the close by church, San Pedro Apóstol, the plaza Espanol are lovely. The Casino is great for a look and a drink. In my opinion, the modernist museum is not to be missed. The Parque d’Oeste has modernistic features mostly near the entrance and it worth a visit. And there is a church and castle about 10 minutes outside of town, well worth the visit. The church is also modernist, built by a follower of Gaudi. It’s amazing.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

With family nearby this is becoming my second home! Very comfortable and relaxing. Everything you need here. Very quick response from Lola when there was an electricity disruption ( mainly due to my confusion!) which was quickly solved. Despite cold weather, house was very warm and cosy.

Staying at this lovely little house was very nice. The bathroom is brand new with a floor-to-ceiling shower, perfect for the elderly. I felt very comfortable here, the communication was very friendly and easy. Great hosts, I'd love to come back. Thank you

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

We were delighted to have been able to spend our stay in Alicante in this apartment. Extremely well located with the metro almost at the foot of the building, and a view that helps you feel like you're on vacation! I highly recommend it.

We were 4 people who rented this apartment for a week. The apartment was very neat and modern, with good amenities such as a swimming pool and a short walking distance to the beach. The host was very friendly and made recommendations on everything from nearby restaurants to grocery stores to do weekly shopping. Here you get a lot for the money and it is definitely a place to recommend!

It was a great stay in a very clean and modern apartment that was located in walking to the city centre. The apartment was also located at the top floor and with the balcony, it gave an amazing view and a very cozy atmosphere both day and night. The hosts were also very inviting and welcoming with quick respond time which made the visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment.
