We have just had the most amazing stay in Javier's beautiful apartment which was filled with everything you might need. Very clean, bright and spacious and in a great location overlooking the sea. Javier was the most wonderful and attentive host, providing superb information/recommendations and replying promptly to our questions. We highly recommend Javier's apartment and would definitely return. Thank you Javier.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

Antonio's place was just perfect for us. We were 5 , a family and 2 sinfle person...the 3 rooms just fitted us perfectly. everything was really clean and fully equipped! What we needed was also in walkable distance and the view from the balcony is amazing. Antonio is very friendly and aleays reachable!

An excellent luxury apartment, super comfortable, spacious, very beautiful decoration and with an exemplary view. It has everything, it is very well equipped and it is super comfortable and quiet. The truth is that this place is one of the best experiences..... the people who received my group and me were super good, friendly and above all very attentive to always respond to what we needed. Iconic apartment is perfect for relaxing holiday. The place is just the way it was described! Everything was clean and messaging to host was easy and they anwsered quickly! There is bus stop nearby that goes to Alicante and Santa Pola so that made traveling to these places easy! Only very small minus is maybe the one set of keys (if there is people who want to do different stuff) I truly recommend this place if you want to relax with good ameneties and the beach nearby😊!

We had an apartment in the next block so this was perfect to visit friends & just a short walk to the beach.

The place is nice, cozy. The stairs are crazy, especially after all day outside, need more information about transports and taxi. Shops and restaurants are not far so it’s nice. To beach it’s around 15min walk from home.

Great place to stay if you want to visit Alicante! Very close to airport and 5mins drive to the beach. Amazing rooftop to eat breakfast and sunbathing :)

He was proactive and always available to help throughout! The location is situation 15 mins walk from the city which was not bad!! The terrace is definitely a bonus!!!!

A lovely few days in Spain. Views over the Med, you can’t beat the apartment for location and views. So comfy, really well thought out property. Excellent set up/ facilities too which are worth it to be comfy and feel at home. Really great service and hospitality too from Isco 🙌

Absolutely perfect stay – 11/10! The breathtaking sea view directly from the apartment made every morning special. The Airbnb was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with everything from the kitchen to the bathroom fully equipped. We especially appreciated the beach gear provided – even things we forgot ourselves. The highlight: a folder with hand-picked tips for restaurants, bars, and sights. We didn’t need to plan anything and every suggestion exceeded our expectations! The area is peaceful, with cute cafés, small shops, and beach bars just a short walk away. Excellent public transport too – a bus stop right outside and the tram only a few minutes away. The host was super friendly and responsive, and the apartment was even ready early so we could relax and enjoy the day after our trip. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. Would absolutely come back!

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

Great place in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, everything looks like it's brand new, really very clean and tasteful, the kitchen is fully equipped - even ice in the freezer was waiting for us. Air conditioning, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom - no problems with it being too hot, etc. - everything is refined and well thought out. The 👌place literally has the same views as in the photos: a panorama of Alicante and a stone's throw from the beach, shops and restaurants. The area is quiet and peaceful, no noisy islanders or night parties. We had rented scooters, which we also recommend. There is a 👌 place to park a scooter or a car literally in front of the house - you open the gate and that's it. 💪 we are going again in September and I hope that there will be free dates because it is difficult to find even the smallest minus 🔥

We had a wonderful time in Florin's apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean, very tastefully decorated and incredibly cozy – you feel comfortable from the first moment. The amenities really leave nothing to be desired: the kitchen is not only fully equipped, but even has a water filter system on the faucet – absolutely awesome! Everything you could need was also in the bathroom, down to Oropax. The fans and air conditioning ensure a pleasant climate, and the washing machine was also great. Overall, a perfectly equipped and beautiful apartment – we thank you very much and will be happy to come back!

Very friendly and informative host. We were able to check in early, and found the neighborhood easy to navigate and get around. The beach is a short walk away, and there are lots of restaurants around the old town area just nearby. Would absolutely recommend.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

Caltalina has been very responsive to all messages senr prior to booking. On arrival she met with us and allowed us to check in 3 hrs before recommended on the booking. She was very helpful. Accommodation was superb! Beach qas less than a 10 minute walk as was shops and restaurants. Apartment was perfect and los arenales del sol is a beautiful place to visit . Thank you!

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.
