There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

We have owned it for 20 years and have made another set of renovations to bring it back to its original charm and character while making it more comfortable with modern amenities. Located on a dead end street, the neighborhood is very quiet. Our home also has fast wifi and 2 smart TV’s to access any streaming service. We also provide cable. With plenty of parking space in the driveway for vehicles and a boat we can provide a peaceful getaway.

The house has plenty of shade and old oaks, built in 1935 has the charm of visiting great grandmother’s farm house without the wallpaper. Large side deck with grill, hot tub and plenty of shaded sitting. Side yard has a fire pit for evening campfires and roasting marshmallows. The house has an open floor plan.
