Marion was a great host. I was there for an event and had very long days - its was very quiet and peaceful. Which made it great to get a good nights sleep.

Such a peaceful place to stay. I loved visiting the horses, donkeys, pigs, barn cats and the wild ones that showed up to graze. The view with Pikes Peak in the background was gorgeous! Enjoy a cup of coffee with a relaxing view. It’s about 30 minutes to Monument, Elizabeth and Franktown. Had everything I could need to cook meals and sleep well in the bed. Thank you Susan and Craig for the memories.❤️

We had a fantastic stay! The property is beautiful! The hosts are wonderful! The house is clean and cozy! The horses and the views are gorgeous! Location is great! All of our expectations were exceeded! 10/10! We recommend staying here!!

An amazing property and hosts they were kind and helpful to us answering questions we had and letting us know when hazardous weather was coming in. The rooms were cozy with a great view of the hills but far enough out to enjoy piece and quiet. Would absolutely come back
