Aneesh was very welcoming and hospitable. This cottage was at a very peaceful place and overlooks the Kizhuna beach. There is an extremely old cave where Shiva meditated. The place has really cozy vibes yet is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a pathway which leads to the Kizhuna beach, which is extremely clean, has oysters, seashells and no crowd, so it's almost like a private beach. Overall, amazing stay! Recommended!

The property is a beautiful, traditional Kerala heritage house with lots of trees lining the entrance, adding to its charm and peaceful vibe. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to relax and unwind. The host can arrange delicious local meals on request, which are delivered right to the doorstep — a very convenient touch. There were some mosquitoes, but nothing unmanageable. Overall, it’s a peaceful retreat and definitely worth the price. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the authentic charm of Kerala in a serene setting.

One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious homemade breakfast she prepared each morning — absolutely authentic and full of flavor! The home has an open, spacious kitchen that adds to the welcoming feel of the place, and the river view is simply beautiful — perfect for a peaceful start to the day.
