Mauro was super concerned, he was always in touch with us. He allowed us to stay until later, as there were no more tenants. The apartment is nice and has what you need, I would add some dish towels. The bad thing was that there was no toilet paper when we arrived and the bed had problems, so our rest was not the best. However, Mauro made up for it with more time and kindness. The condo is beautiful, I loved its concept, with trees and a path interconnected with other condos. Although we could not use the pool due to the date and the cold days, we did use the jacuzzi and sauna. That was great. The environment is very suitable, as it has a convenience store, a liquor store and nice places to eat nearby, such as Las Delicias de Pablo. We hope to be able to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The sea view is simply spectacular, perfect for relaxing and enjoying unforgettable sunsets. The décor is carefully chosen, combining comfort and style, and unique architectural details are appreciated that enhance the experience. The house is fully equipped, which made our stay very comfortable and practical. The location is excellent, close to services and at the same time private enough to rest. In addition, it is ideal for those of us who travel with pets, as it offers safe and pleasant spaces for them. Definitely a place we'd love to go back to.

This was our first Airbnb experience, and we felt very comfortable in Rodrigo's house, super attentive to our doubts, ready for our needs, a super quiet and safe place, ideal to get away from nature and rest, the pool did not taste it because of the cold it was, but it looked ideal for spring summer.

Our stay at Tania's house was excellent. The house is wonderful, very comfortable and equipped with absolutely everything you need: hair dryer, iron, board games, among many other things. We had an amazing time! As a suggestion, it would be good to indicate in the listing description that music and noise are allowed in the condominium on Fridays and Saturdays until 2:00 a.m., since there is a sign with those rules when you enter. On Friday, a neighbor was upset because we had the music a little loud around 1:30 am, although we were still within the allowed hours. To avoid problems, that day we went to sleep and the next day we kept the music only inside the house. Apart from that detail, everything was perfect. Tania was always very attentive, responded quickly to all our messages and made sure that everything was fine. Highly recommended!

Very well located apartment, with an excellent view, the beach is in front and several nearby places to walk. It is old, but very comfortable and has good equipment. I made the mistake of going with my dog sausage and pets were not accepted. I have always gone with her to Airbnb leases without a problem. Nicole escalated it to Airbnb, which she mediated in a great way and she had a very good attitude and willingness to resolve with additional charge. I am very grateful for the flexibility in this situation, in addition to being always available to give details of restaurants and others. I 100% recommend the place, the view is beautiful and the hostess is very close and friendly.

The apartment is just as shown in the photos, the condominium is very nice and very quiet, ideal for a good rest. Note that the living room has no curtains, as shown in the photographs. It wasn't a problem for me, but if a guest is very protective of their privacy, they might be interested in this information.

Regarding Francisco was very friendly and always worried, he was also flexible with checkout for which we are grateful. Jessica was the one who welcomed us and was always attentive to our request and help us, in addition to being very nice and pleasant. Our whole experience was fabulous. We hope to come back soon!
