La Vinya

Fantastic Villa in almost walking distance from Puerto Pollensa. Aproximately 1 Km after Puerto Pollensa, a sign “La Vinya” leads to a small way away from the main road. At the end of this path we find the lovely house “La Vinya”. Surrounded by nature and some olive trees, the house is in a quiet place away from the louder roads. A wide parking area invites to park the car (or bicycles) and enter the main entrance of the house. The hall is spacious and very high. In front of us there is a staircase that leads to the dormitories in the first floor. Here we find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one in suite and the other one with bath. Back to the entrance we look at the left side and find ground floor bedroom and a bathroom (shower). Straight on there is the sitting-dining room, passing the kitchen at the right side. Next to the kitchen we find the laundry and the second ground floor bedroom. The spacious sitting room offers views to the country side and to the pool. Two slide doors give access to the nice, great terrace. Here it is an ideal place for having meals or just relax in the sofas. The swimming pool (9×4.5×1.5) and the large barbacue are next to the terrace and complete a round holiday: Enjoy this family villa with great facilities near to the Puerto Pollensa center and the beach! The apartment is really nice - nicely furnished, flooded with light and with a fantastic view that makes every morning special. Especially pleasant: In the hotel Molins directly opposite you can have a great breakfast, so you can start the day perfectly. All in all, a wonderful place to feel good and enjoy!

We so enjoyed our stay in this spacious one bedroom apartment. As keen cyclists we were chuffed to be able to store our bikes securely. The apartment is spotless and beautifully decorated. Loads of fab places to eat in the port and old town. On the nights we stayed in we cooked and watched TV then snuggled on the large sofa. Antonia is a superb host and helped us to settle in. It was a perfect location not far from the beach in a quiet street with free road parking.

If you’re lucky enough to be reading this review, it means you have found this appt. Book it now, it’s the most spectacular part of Mallorca, the view is WORLD CLASS. We didn’t book restaurants in the evening as our view was so stunning on the terrace, we didn’t want to leave. the sea for snorkelling is brilliant, and the pool was often quiet with a view of the sea - perfect. it truly is a piece of heaven! We can’t wait to go back.

Our third visit to the Villa and we’ve already booked for next year. Perfect for those who like to be away from the hustle of the town but want to have it within walking distance. There are still restaurants, beach bars and local supermarkets nearby for the times you don’t want the longer walk. And sitting on the veranda taking in the view across the bay and watching the world go by is perfection.

Spacious Eco Villa, with amazing views

We had an amazing week away with the house being ideal for a relaxing week away with friends. It is close to local amenities and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was large enough to cook full meals for a large party and both the indoor & outdoor dining areas were great for dinners and lunches. The living area and bedrooms were large enough that we (9 adults) never felt like we were getting in each other’s way. Laura was very friendly, helpful and quick to reply to any messages. She also gave us a huge list of recommendations for shops, bars and restaurants which was great.
