Vacation rentals with beach access in El Tránsito

Alejandro’s place was fantastic—my family and I felt right at home. It’s located in the main building, just a short walk from the pool, restaurant, and beach, which made everything super convenient.

We had a great time in Gran Pacifica. I think the host should be a super host. We really felt like home. The unit is very spacious. Much-needed space if you have kids. The resort amenities are also great. We will definitely schedule another stay soon.

This is the second time that we have visited this apartment, we like it very much, it is super close to Managua, the pool is steps away from the house as well as the sea! It's perfect for families and small children! We would definitely come back 🤗

We had a wonderful experience at the house. Don Noel was an excellent host: always attentive, friendly and willing to help us at all times. Communication was very fluid and made us feel welcome from the first moment. The house was clean and well equipped. Highly recommended! We'd love to come back.

Our stay was excellent, the house is spacious and very nice, very well cared for, Don Alexis and Doña Blanca are aware of what they can help you and make you feel welcome, I liked that they show you the whole house and they give you what you can find in the kitchen to help you in your stay. That it was in front of the beach was very important for us as we were going with an older adult who can't walk much and was able to enjoy it. The rooms are comfortable and offer privacy.

My family and I stayed for 1 night as we were looking to relax, and we were not disappointed. The beach is super nice and in front of the house, there were natural pools by the rocks, the house is super well furnished and the caretaker is super attentive. My children and I loved it. I definitely recommend it and we will definitely return on our vacation.

We had a great time staying at Leandro’s home for three nights. He offered many local suggestions of things to do and was always responsive. The ocean view is amazing and the kitchen is very well stocked (spices, sauces, appliances). The decor is very cool with a surfer vibe. We had great family dinners with local seafood from down the street. A rental vehicle would be ideal for this location. The TVs and fans upstairs didn’t work but I’m sure the host will resolve this. AC in the bedroom was a must and kept us cool overnight - we slept comfortably. The ocean view is breathtaking from the bedroom or downstairs, ocean front at its best! Overall a great vacation home ideal for children and families (lots of children’s books, puzzles, games) or a couple wanting some rest and relaxation. Leandro also set up an extra bed for our son which was greatly appreciated!

excellent, we will definitely be back! We loved the house and the beach ! Hazel who welcomed us and gave us was very nice and helpful , whenever we looked for her, she took care of us very nice ! Rita our host was quick to respond, with a lot of flexibility and friendly! I recommend it 100%!

Casa de Serenidad truly lives up to its name. The place is incredibly beautiful — peaceful, natural, and just a few steps from the ocean. It’s the perfect getaway to relax and disconnect. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to José Luis, the caretaker, who was extremely kind, respectful, and helpful throughout our stay. His attention made everything even more enjoyable. Thank you, Rebecca, for sharing such a special place with us. We can’t wait to return someday!

Great location. We only saw a couple of people during our 4 days stay. The house was super clean when we arrived. Kitchen was ready for us to cook, there were spices, oil, pans, pots, etc. Filtered water provided. Both bedrooms have AC. The house (kitchen, dining and living room area) gets very hot during the day. Fans are working fine, but don't really help, so you better spend your day on the beach that is few steps away! The gated area was very safe, we didn't even lock our car. And they have a washing machine! Our clothes dried within 1-2 hours. Be ready for ants and lizards - things that go hand by hand (at least in this area, as it was exactly the same at 2 other houses we stayed at). No mosquitoes though, sea breeze does a great job.

Our stay was fabulous, everything was very easy, the condo was very clean and nice… we really enjoyed it. Super cozy surroundings, unique view of the sea and sunset🌅. The place has excellent amenities as well as respect schedules to rest. Highly recommended😌.

Privileged position, facing the sea and the pool and restaurant of the condominium on one side, large apartment and the phenomenal exterior corridors forming an ele, it is located on the third floor ; but it was not a problem as we used the elevator. We loved everyone Special to enjoy the sunset .

Very good stay, the service from Maynor and Jeremy was excellent, always available for any questions. The place is just as described. The only thing is that I think the mattress on the sofa bed needs to be changed, it's quite uncomfortable to sleep on. thank you so much for everything.
