Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven! Heel gerieflijk en mooi huis. Alles is voorzien. Het zwembad is ruim en proper en wordt in de nacht makkelijk afgedekt waardoor het warmer aanvoelt. Je hebt de zon van s ochtends tot s avonds en kunt altijd buiten eten. In de keuken heb je op 3 zijden zicht op de tuin en de bergen waardoor het niet erg is om zelf te koken. De overdekte lounge hoek is ook heel leuk om te zitten. Voor inkopen kan je dagelijks terecht in de supermarkt Ark Wrights van 9 tot 22u op 3km. We bevelen het verblijf graag aan. De host was super behulpzaam en je kunt zelf in- en uitchecken met sleutelkastje. Een ideale plaats om te genieten en tot rust te komen.

A quaint rural cottage with spectacular views and intricate attention to detail from multiple communal areas, view points, roof top seating area (to watch breathtaking sunsets) to even a specially written handbook for all the lowdown on local amenities, not to mention a beautiful pool with mountain top views to provide relief from the summer heat, clearly a well loved home which you can't help adoring from the first moment you step through the threshold, highly recommend.

The house was perfect, in a stunning location with everything that we needed. The pool area was a great place to chill. I loved listening to the birds in the mornings and the goats' bells in the evenings as they were moved around the mountainside. 8 days of sunshine and 1 day of thunder and lightning which we watched from the terrace. Best place to eat in Alcausin that we found was Ziggy's street food bar at the back of the curry house. We went to a few gypsy markets in surrounding towns but they're all selling the same stuff. The restaurants were a bit disappointing but maybe we were just unlucky with our choices. Most disappointing day out was to Nerja, about an hour away. Far too many tourists there and the staff in the overpriced restaurants were totally uncaring, again maybe we were unlucky in our choices. If you're looking for a lovely house in an idyllic location in the mountains you won't be disappointed with El Lucero. Thanks to Maria Jose and Co., we loved it.
