Mohamed is a great host, plus he has a great apartment. Cant complain about anything, he made us feel at home and was friendly at all times. The apartment is in a perfect location, you can walk pretty much everywhere. Im glad our experience in Egypt was enhanced by such a great host and apartment.

Such a hidden gem in down town Cairo. Ideal for the traveller seeking local cuisine & wants to explore as well as experience the heart beat of hów the locals work and socialize. Lovely local restaurants, bakery's, street vendor's and much more. Mahmoud is welcoming and has shown true warm Egyptian hospitality.

The flat is located in a central place in Cairo. It is in superb condition and has many features, like a balcony with a Nile view. For those who are interested in working out, there is a gym. The flat is very clean, and the host is respectful. I recommend Jonathon's flat to everyone who wants to stay around Downtown.

Staying with Zeinab was truly one of the biggest blessings 🙏🏼 Zeinab as a host is incredibly sweet and very friendly and helpful. If I needed anything during my stay here she was always ready to help! Staying with Zeinab felt akin to staying with family, truly. What a beautiful person she is, and of course let's not fotget her lovely cats too! They are so friendly, you can tell they are very well loved! The room you're staying in is incredibly spacious and always bursting with beautiful sunlight that me and the cats stretch out in every morning! The room is also Nile view with a private balcony which I absolutely take advantage of every morning! The airbnb is located in Garden City, a very peaceful part of Cairo, but downtown Cairo is a mere 15 minute walk, bustling with cafés and restaurants, and beautiful Zamalek is only a 10-15 minute drive where you can find all the best cafés and restaurants in ALL of Cairo! I truly recommend staying here as a woman, you will feel so safe!

I stayed for 1 week and I had a great time. The neighbourhood is like a bubble of tranquility in chaotic Cairo and it was really nice to go back there every evening to relax with the friendly roommates. The cafe on the ground floor is also a very nice place to hang out. The location is also quite central so it’s a good place to get taxis to main attractions. Shorouk was a really great host. She always had great recommendations and tips for places to eat or things to see. She made me feel at home from the moment I arrived and we even went to a couple of restaurants during my stay. She has a lovely dog also, but be careful, because if you pet him too much he will become your best friend. Overall I had a great stay. If I return to Cairo I will stay here again! Thanks Shorouk!

If you want to live like a local, wake up to views of the Great Pyramids in Giza, walk to local markets, be a Cairean for a few days; Mahmoud's place is right for you. Mahmoud is an absolutely committed host, interested in making your stay comfortable, providing tips and helping plan your trip to Cairo the best anybody can. Mahmoud lives in the same apartment complex and is minutes away for any question or help needed. One evening we were treated to a 4 course home-cooked egyptian meal, which few restaurants serve or match in quality. Thanks very much to Mahmoud, our vacation to Cairo was made all that more pleasurable and memorable.

Beautiful home. Plenty of space and perfect for a group. Pretty furniture and decoration. Gorgeous view of the pyramids! Loved our time there. The housekeeper Sanaa is an absolute delight to have around and is super helpful. We will certainly stay here again next time we’re in Cairo.

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Cairo- homey, clean, and beautifully decorated. Definitely will book again and recommend anyone to book. The assistant at the property was also incredibly helpful.

My family and I had a great time staying at Ahmed’s place. The place was spacious and very comfortable and has a great view. It is very close to some wonderful restuarants which are all about 5 - 10 walk away. Ahmed was a great host and very prompt in responding to any questions I had. Definately worth the money. One point to raise and this is beyond Ahmed's control they closed the walk way along the Nile. Appears they doing some work so you could not use the walk way right next to the Nile. This did not destract from the great time we had. Would recommend this place.

I had a wonderful week at Peter’s place in Cairo. The room was cozy, clean, with a balcony and Wi-Fi included – an amazing deal for just 10 euros a night in such a great location. The area felt very safe and everything I needed (shops, cafés, markets, even small bars) was within walking distance. Peter was incredibly kind and helpful — he even lent me cash when I couldn’t withdraw money at the airport. He’s always there if you need anything. We shared lovely moments like having tea together. His friend Waleed, who also hosts on Airbnb, was equally friendly and welcoming. Every question or request was met with a smile. I truly felt at home and will definitely stay with Peter again when I return to Cairo. Thank you for everything!

Great stay at Hassan’s place. The location is amazing, very close to everything. Also loved how the apartment was well kept and that the shower worked well (not so common in other places I went in Egypt). I hope to stay there again next time I visit Egypt

The apartment is very well furnished with a luxurious environment, one of the most beautiful options available in Cairo , the cleanliness and furniture are comfortable and stunning with hospitality. Everyone was so happy thanks to hosts Mr. Hamid and Engineer Sami who were great at communicating with his hospitality is great, we had everything available. Highly recommended, you won't regret it.

I stayed with Shada for a month and I don’t have anything except positive things to say. The flat itself is a lot bigger than the pictures show! The room is so nice, especially because of the AC which helped because of the summer heat. Towels and bedding were provided and were all clean and much appreciated. It was also great that I had my own bathroom which again was always clean and tidy. The kitchen is so lovely, I was able to cook there with ease and was glad that everything was provided for cooking. Shada and Ahmed were so welcoming to me. They helped me find restaurants, invited me for food, and made me feel part of their family. I’m so grateful for their company and their kindness. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t regret it!

Ismail is a very available and really nice host. The listing's location is excellent and close to many restaurants and small shops. It is 15 minutes from the center of Cairo. Great for visiting Cairo.

Hamza is a wonderful guy, and it's always a pleasure to stay with him when I'm in Egypt - welcoming, lovely, and so easy-going.
