When booking, please enter the total number of guests coming, as my payout settings in the app are per person. I only charge for those who come and not for the total capacity of the house. Carlos was extremely friendly and concerned, the instructions for use and accommodation were very clear, plus Carlos' support made everything very simple and without wasting time. The apartment is spotless, comfortable and with the necessary equipment to have a good rest. The complex is well located, good facilities and nice surroundings.

The days we stayed at Carlos's house were wonderful. We had a great time! The house has absolutely everything. The patio is very nice and the dogs we brought had no way to get out into the street. When we arrived the house was very clean, with the beds made. Ultra comfortable mattresses and warm, clean and nicely scented linens. Same with the towels. We were greeted by Mrs. Silvia, whom I thank very much for her kindness. We look forward to coming back. Thank you so much!

Marcela was an amazing host: she responds very quickly, gave us clear instructions to find the house and was also very understanding with the change of check-in and check-out times. On the other hand, the house perfectly matches the description: it is very spacious, cozy and has everything you need to have a peaceful stay. I'd like to highlight the amazing view of the beach, which is directly in front of the house, and the gazebo area, which has a grill, table and is well lit to be able to dine there.

We chose the house for the views and they turned out much better than the photos!!! The location is unbeatable, with incredible ocean views that can be seen from every room in the house. The location is unbeatable, it is absolutely worth it. The house is spacious, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces and a well-stocked kitchen. There are several paths down to the beaches and rocks. Although the one that leaves from the house is closed, we went down the neighbor's (who was very kind in offering us to go down there) but there are also several other public paths. The environment is really spectacular and quiet to relax. The check-in instructions are clear and we had trouble locating the house. A couple of very minor issues: the main shower bracket is loose, which makes it a little uncomfortable to use. The other thing is that the grill needs a renovation. But these issues do not affect the overall stay and I only mentioned them as suggestions. 100% recommended!
