Cozy interior apartment, fully independent, features a double bed, dresser, nightstands, lamps, shower, hot water, plus an equipped kitchen, also with hot water. Small dining room that also serves as a place to work online. A covered barbecue grill to have a delicious barbecue and a small pool in summer. It's a quiet place with gardens and close to everything. There are no more guests, which provides absolute privacy and independence. No bothersome noise. The value includes taxes.
