Apartamento que ocupa la primera planta de un edificio del siglo XIX, rehabilitado por completo respetando la fachada romántica. Decoración actual muy cuidada. Tiene cabida para 4 personas, salón-comedor, cocina aboerta al salón y un baño. Las estancias son muy amplias y especialmente luminosas, al estar situado en esquina dispone de 4 ventanas y balcones en el salón donde entra mucha luz todo el año. La casa es una primera planta sin ascensor con una escalera cómoda de unos 20 escalones.

The apartment occupies part of the ground floor of our guest house, has a direct entrance from the patio and enjoys two huge windows, which makes it very bright all year round. It is a mini loft with a mini kitchen, a living area and bedroom all in one. It has cabinets, TV, private bathroom, WIFI and of course if you wish, you can use the patio of our house. There is no daily cleaning.

You would like my place because it is situated in the middle of the town, by the river side, in the restaurants and pubs zone but in a very quiet and silent street. Parking next door (8€ a day). Easy to get to the beaches, 5 min. by car and 15 min. walking from bullfighting. It is good for couples, families with children, business trip. Comfy and beautiful, full of light. The center of El Puerto de Santa María can be reached in 10 minutes by car and the center of Cádiz in 15 minutes.

Wonderful apartment, next to the Turuños Natural Park, in the center of the Bay of Cádiz, consists of a bedroom with a 150 bed and a sofa bed, full bathroom and separate kitchen, in a luxury development, beach 100m away. We have increased our strict cleaning and disinfection measures. Pool open from June 20 to September 18. Pets are not allowed.
