I am absolutely thrilled to welcome you to my place! “Villa la Llum” is a tower with incredible ocean views, built over 50 years ago as a retreat for a beautiful French actress. This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. Welcome to Terra Rimbau, a former family home nestled in the heart of the Collioure vineyards, between the sea, the mountains, and unspoiled nature. Completely renovated with care, this winegrower's house combines authenticity, comfort, and Catalan spirit. Built on the rock, it reveals the original natural rocks in some rooms. Wine terraces in schist, views of the Albères, absolute calm with birds, and large outdoor spaces invite you to discover the Côte Vermeille in a different way.

Ca La Conxita – your rural getaway

Ca la Conxita is a fantastic village house in Les Escaules, a village of about 100 inhabitants, a few kilometers from Figueres. The house has 3 bedrooms: two double and 1 single. A full kitchen with a terrace exit with a barbecue. A large living room (with fireplace) and dining room overlooking the Castle. On the ground floor: the private mini pool to cool you down. The tranquility and silence of the village will allow you to enjoy nature to the fullest around the La Muga River.
