A large room with a 160 x 200 double bed with a closet and space to leave your luggage + a full-length mirror. A fully equipped bathroom, even with a hairdryer and bath gel... and the kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a double sofa bed and a comfortable armchair and dining table and chairs. We have internet and a 40" LED TV and... everything is new!

Apartment with panoramic views of the city and the sea as well as La Caleta beach,it is located in a typical neighborhood of La Viña and very close to the historic center and the beach.The apartament is spacious,jumionosis,sunny,quied and comfortable for people with reduced mobility it has ample and comfortable,free parking for one car or five motos. IT is a few meters from caleta beach. It is also very close to restaurant,bars and supermarkets.
