Monthly Rentals in El Pilar, Fuencarral-El Pardo

Very nice and comfortable apartment, as shown in the photographs, very clean, well cared for and with everything you need for a stay like at home: coffee maker, toaster, kitchenette, air conditioning, heating, hairdryer, iron... Also about 2/3 minutes from the metro stop. Very attentive hosts respond right away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 🙂

This was my very first time staying at an Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The apartment truly felt like a cozy little home — warm, stylish, and full of charm. I absolutely loved the decor, every detail was so thoughtfully arranged. The space was spotless and well maintained, making it extra comfortable to relax after a long day out. If I could give 100 stars, I’d gladly give 120! The location was also great — there’s a supermarket just nearby, which made everything really convenient. We didn’t use public transport, but getting to the city center by taxi was easy and not too far. This stay has set such a high standard for Airbnb — I’m so grateful for the beautiful experience and would love to come back again next time I’m in Madrid. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a warm and stylish place to stay!

Mercedes' apartment is comfortable, more spacious than it looks in the photos and its location allows you to walk to beautiful places such as the Dehesa de la Villa, take the bus (very close) or walk a kilometer and take the Peñagrande subway. There are restaurants nearby such as Casa Mariano and Bars such as Isama. There are two supermarkets a few steps away. But the best part is that in the apartment we found everything and much more to feel at home and Mercedes is a sweetheart!!! He gave us very good recommendations and was attentive to everything. We have been renting on Airbnb for many years in many countries and this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in because of all the details that make the stay enjoyable!
