The apartment is a real tip It has a lot of light from the east and west, so it is always bright, but not hot at noon. Possibly good air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms (2 single and one can be separated from the living room by a sliding door. There are many towels, dishes and kitchen utensils. From the balcony you can see the beach and up to Valencia (18 km). The 4 km to Perelló we often went to the beach. (Tip: The shops were open there on Sunday mornings.) To the bus stop 2 minutes, bus goes to Valencia and Perelló. Parking in the yard in the shade. Elena and her husband were waiting for us in the apartment, the communication was always nice and very good. I'm sure we'll be back.

The perfect place, just like the host, beach right next to the house, accessible by a small path, pool a few steps from the house, easy parking right at the door of the house and we went with three cars, easy to go shopping and eat nearby, a 10 out of 10.

We had a great time in this apartment located a two-minute walk from the sea, ideally located close to all amenities. The apartment was clean, well arranged and above all very functional, with air conditioning in all rooms – a real plus for comfort. The owners were lovely: they allowed us to arrive very late at no extra cost and even let us leave at noon, which allowed us to take our time. A great experience that I would recommend without hesitation!

Beautiful place very clean and well decorated, a really comfortable bed. Very good for enjoying the beautiful beach, less good if you want to visit the city because it takes 40 minutes by bus and after 10:30 p.m. only the taxi remains. Overall it was perfect for calm and direct access to the beach. Rosana is very helpful and friendly. Valencia is splendid!!
