This is a luxurious studio attached to a main home, but completely private w/ it's own entrance. Perfectly situated in a calm safe neighborhood that is only a year old. Socorro, Tx, is a small community rich in farmland, history and great eats. Just a short drive to El Paso and I-10. Plenty of street parking! There is one KING bed & ONE FUTON sofa, a kitchenette, HEPA filter and lovely full bathroom. Once upon a time this space was a large garage but now has been professionally converted.

The super cute Flamingo studio is part of a two unit complex. It's completely private and the front porch is shared by the two units. It features a small kitchenette and has refrigerated air conditioning.

This is a perfect property for one or two individuals. Studio style unit has bed, kitchenette, bathroom and courtyard. Space is attached to the main property, but has complete privacy. Unit also boats high 9 ft ceilings and mini split unit for cooling/heating. Bathroom was also recently remodeled.
