Gated kitchen, spacious living-dining room with sofa bed, bathroom with shower, double room, and dressing room at the entrance to leave belongings and skis. It has a nice balcony with amazing mountain view. Nearby there is paid parking, with a view from the apartment, and a blue area. A 2-minute walk to the Grandvalira Ski Trail. Next door to restaurants, leisure venues, and supermarkets.
