Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

The villa is completely independent and quiet, it is the perfect place to disconnect, relax and rest. The house is open concept, including a living room - kitchen with beautiful wooden ceilings and two suites with private bathrooms. The exterior of the house include a fantastic porch with a huge sofa, a patio area with BBQ, sink and a dining table that is next to the private pool.

Our unique and recently refurbished home is located in the heart of a wonderful Canarian town called Agaete. It is an oasis of peace with lots of light, space, local plants, and beautiful energy. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests who want to relax and discover the local highlights such as the Tamadaba Natural Reserve, the port, or one of many pristine bays and beaches. You can sleep, do yoga, play piano or simply wander around the tiny streets of this jewel of Gran Canaria.

Casa Rural Los Arcos, Santa Lucia de Tirajana

The house is located in a rustic enclave of the midlands of Gran Canaria in a very quiet place, overlooking the Tirajanas ravine. It consists of 164 square meters, distributed in 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a covered terrace and another uncovered. It also has a recreation area with a barbecue, wood-burning oven, and a rustic table. It has 2 double bedrooms and also a sofa bed, the kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, induction stove and kitchenware. It has a Smart TV.

Las Casas de La Rueda (The Wheel Houses) - El Patio

Located on the southern slope of the island, in the volcanic caldera of Tirajana, an idyllic place. The view opens 360° to the palm groves of the valley and the volcanic peaks. It has a heated and salt-treated swimming pool with a waterfall. It is on a property next to another vacation home for two people. Both houses are completely independent and have their own entrances and services, with parking and the pool being the only shared areas. Therefore, privacy is guaranteed.

Eni's House

The house is a typical Canarian house with more than 200 years old, which has been restored in recent years and decorated with great affection, giving it a youthful and modern look. It maintains the original structure of the time, when the houses had rooms overlooking a courtyard. In order to maintain its historical value,in each of them we have enabled the bathroom, bedroom and living room kitchen. All surrounded by an open-air patio, with hammock and seating area.

The large arch at the foot of the bed opens the space to a horizon that seems endless, inviting contemplation and rest. Here, time slows down and emotions find their own rhythm among the sound of the waves, the Atlantic breeze, and the colors of the sunset.

The Young Lady

La Señorita is located in a prime spot within the Caldera de Tejeda, between Roque Nublo and Roque Bentayga. Spacious house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen-living room. The building dates back to the 19th century and has been recently renovated. It can accommodate up to six guests. The decoration and the rooms are very well maintained. It has several terraces and a garden. The pool is shared with our other house, Casa Catina (max 4 people)

Spiral staircase in the heart of Santa Lucia

The house is situated in the middle of an old district, away from tourist strongholds in Santa Lucia de Tirajana, 29 km from the airport. Smaller shops and several restaurants are within walking distance, the nearest major supermarket in Vecindario is about 30 minutes away by car. A public outdoor swimming pool is located in the village. The Tirajana Valley is ideal for hiking enthusiasts. We bought the house in February 2022 and completely renovated it.

We like being able to see seagulls and albatrosses in the wild and watch the landscape change every day There are several restaurants in the area. On wavy days you can see surfers practicing. It is very close to the avenue that connects several beaches of Telde.

At the El Lomito property, you'll be immersed in nature. We offer you the best views of El Nublo Natural Park where you can appreciate the grandeur of Roque Nublo, one of our best tourist attractions. The area offers several hiking trails and a wide range of typical Canarian cuisine. The Canarian skies offer a spectacular view of the stars that will make you feel like an astronaut without leaving the ground.
