Jungle Beach Surf Casita

Our cute casita is situated in a large garden beside a river. You can listen to the birds and howler monkeys, relax in your hammock on the patio, and look at the Guanacaste trees in the garden. You can use the pickleball / basketball court on the property with a terrace and outdoor kitchen. You can walk to Marsella beach (10 min.) or Maderas beach (20 min.), where you have great surf. It is 10 min. to San Juan del Sur: you can already use the new road, the Costanera, that is being built.

A covered terrace features a woven hammock alongside two wicker chairs and a glass-top table. The backdrop showcases lush greenery under a sunset sky, with warm hues reflecting off the distant hills, creating a serene outdoor space for relaxation.

We're just 10 minutes outside of San Juan del Sur but you'd never know town was so close. By the time the monkeys, toucans and parakeets show up, you may just decide to stay home anyway!

I recently stayed at Zen Garden and it was a very pleasant experience. Everything was just as the photos and the location is very nice since it’s close to everything you need to. I highly recommend this place for your next booking in SJ!!!

La casa es muy limpia y muy organizada (igual a las fotos). Villas de palermo siempre ofrece un trato extraordinario y goza de una de las mejores vistas en san juan. Hector estuvo pendiente de las necesidades y todo resulto muy bien. Recomendada visita.

We had a great stay in San Juan del Sur! There were four of us, and the house was modern, clean, and very comfortable—exactly what we were looking for. The beach was within walking distance, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, both walkable and just a quick drive away. The area felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Rustic authentic little beach apartment. Few stairs to get there but had such an authentic feel it was so worth it.
