It has 3 bedrooms each with cable TV, 2 bathrooms, a living room with cable TV and internet, 2 central air conditioners, water 24 hours a day, an equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a terrace with a grill, large green areas, a swimming pool and a gazebo. It has its own parking lot and a visitor's parking lot. 5G Wi-Fi.

Beautiful apartment located on the ground floor right in front of the complex's pool, equipped with 2 bedrooms, the main one with a queen size bed and bathroom and the secondary one has a double bed plus a single bed, the kitchen has everything you need to feel comfortable if you come for work or vacation, with fiber optic internet, hot water and 65' Smart TV. The residential complex has 24-hour security and we have a parking space. Beautiful view of the canals!
