The two beds in the bedrooms are 150x190 with good firm mattresses and viscoelastic foam. Each bed has two memory foam pillows and two regular pillows. The apartment features two complete bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom. The showers are walk-in, and the water falls from the ceiling like rain. The sinks are made of natural stone. Through the renovation works, the historic brick walls have been exposed and extensively restored. In the old wine cellar of the house is now a fully equipped cozy country-style kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine) with a dining area as well as its own fireplace. Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. This modern penthouse is beautifully decorated and has access to all the facilities you can wish for. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a sofa bed (140x190cm). Open-plan living room and kitchen with space for socializing and exit to the large terrace. The private roof terrace is accessed by a flight of steps from the lower terrace. This is an expansive area so there are new houses being built nearby. It doesn't bother much as it's not right next door. In front of the apartment there will not be construction.
