Terrace for 4 people to eat well. Large common area with a summer lounge, which is only accessible to 14 apartments, so it is very quiet. 2 bedrooms to comfortably sleep 4 people. The sofa has a double bed inside. It has a dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, a gas stove, a washer and a dryer.
