BEACH FRONT + PANORAMIC VIEWS + INCREDIBLE POOL 30 minutes from Valencia. We are privileged to enjoy these immense views that surround the sea, the mountains, and the rice fields of the Albufera Natural Park. We fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to breakfast on the balcony watching the sun rise on the horizon. There are days when we decide to go for a walk on the beach and walk for miles where it is difficult for us to come across people.

The apartment is very clean, recently refurbished and tastefully furnished. The location is ideal at the foot of the family beach of mareny del blau and 45mn drive from the heart of Valencia. The terrace has a beautiful sea view. Perfectly suited to families. Two small details: the parking is public and it can be difficult to find places at certain times of the day. The social club is located a 5–10mn walk from the residence and it is necessary to book and pay €4 to play tennis. On the other hand, access to the pool is free.

The host is very friendly and welcomed us with great affection. The view of the sea is spectacular from the terrace and the place is fantastic if you're looking for peace and quiet. Although the house is not new, it has everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay, it is large and bright. We'll be back. Thank you

"Private beach" in Valencia

We spent a wonderful week at Edurne’s place. The location is amazing, literally a few tens of meters from the sea, adjacent to a broad and well kept beach. The apartment is very clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped with everything we needed. It felt like being at home! Edurne and her husband went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and carefree. Very friendly and welcoming, it felt like being part of the family. We only wish we could have stayed longer and we hope one day we can return to this lovely place.

We had a wonderful stay at Guido’s place. He is kind, open and a wonderful host. The garden is lovely and provides some fresh air. The jacuzzi gives a perfect relaxation after a day at the beach. The room is very tidy and fully equipped with everything you need. I would highly recommend staying at his place and enjoy the fabulous restaurant Elamar. Especially the tuna steak is amazing! 10/10 score for the entire experience at guidos place.
