Vacation rentals with a patio in El Llano, Gijón

Warm reception by Noelia and partner. Wonderful delicacies. Apartment was very clean. Good bed, lovely terrace, is in a car noisy street close to several restaurants. Noelia is always available and gives good tips. Vvv is just around the corner for all kinds of information. When we come back to Aviles, we will definitely stay here again.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

Perfect accommodation for 4 people (there were only 2 of us) very quiet place, with indoor car parking. Nestor was precise, punctual, and present when necessary. In the vicinity of the house, various places. A very peaceful area for a holiday in Oviedo and its surroundings.

To spend five days is very good, having a single room and two bathrooms was very comfortable. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. And it's close to the highway/freeway exit.

Stunning place with a garden, 3 min walk from the cathedral! Ruben is an attentive and flexible (earlier check in) host. Easy parking (blue places or covered parking). Will stay there again next time.

If you are looking for the definition of Spanish hospitality, you will find it with Blanqui and Eduardo, Enrique's parents, who take care of the apartment. We didn't feel like AirBnB guests with them, but part of the family! Upon our arrival, Eduardo greeted us very kindly and helped us find a parking space. During the subsequent introduction to the apartment, he and Blanqui were beaming with joy. They were particularly great with our children, which really pleased us. There is a wonderful atmosphere all around. Enrique also sent us a detailed list of activities that we found very helpful. Thank you! The apartment is lovingly renovated and nothing is missing. In the kitchen, small items are available for breakfast. The book room and the balcony are particularly cozy. After two nights, we traveled on. However, we said goodbye so warmly as if it had been a year. We are already looking forward to our return!

The house is equal to the pictures. The last stretch of access is by a path, but thanks to it you reach a secluded place, with excellent views, no noise, no neighbors, full of vegetation and a renovated house with a lot of personality, which is impeccable, smells clean in every corner, with lots of utensils and is perfectly adapted to rest, barbecue, play board games, watch netflix.. Also at night it has a terrace with super nice sofas and light bulbs. Just 20 minutes from the beach and towns such as Oviedo or Gijón. And the hosts are always attentive to what you might need. Everything is perfect!

Dreamy house, it was very well equipped, clean and beautiful, in a quiet area where only the birds could be heard in the morning when waking up. The accommodation is just as it is in the photos, on the ground floor of your house. We were with a baby and they left us a crib and things for their hygiene. They also offered to recommend things at all times, they were super attentive to us and even made us incredibly good homemade food. We felt right at home. It is a super quiet residential area and close to Gijón, Candás and the beach. It is an ideal place if you want to stay in the area and also if you want to get around to explore the area. They have ample parking.

Our stay in this house was just perfect. The house had everything we needed to feel at home: well equipped, comfortable and, above all, very clean, something that is always appreciated. From the first moment, we felt a great tranquility; it is an ideal place to disconnect and enjoy the peace of the surroundings. But definitely what made the difference was Nadia. Always attentive, friendly and willing to help us with whatever we needed. She gave us very good recommendations and was attentive at all times. It's nice to meet hosts like that. We highly recommend this place, and if we stop by again, we will definitely repeat it.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, centrally located, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From minute one we felt right at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, since they had availability, they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We, for our part, will repeat 100%. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

The apartment was super good and clean. God, I like to sleep there. Liliana is a delight, from the moment of confirming the reservation until checkout. We had the crib ready for the baby and the sofacama, gave us directions and recommendations for meals, and went out of his way to take care of us. The place was very quiet, but very close by car to town and beaches. Liliana's puppies are very calm and affectionate. 100% recommended.

Alicia is a great host, she helped us a lot and was super attentive with some personal difficulties we had, nothing to do with the accommodation that is exceptional, clean and very well kept, with a wonderful location. The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints

Excellent family stay in Avilés. the apartment is super well located in the city center with a very pleasant patio. very good communication with Monica who gives very good advice for visits and for gastronomy. we highly recommend this place.
