The little house in the square is a lovely place to spend a few quiet days. Its location is exceptional and the area is spectacular, both for its vegetation and for its tranquility. Daniel has been attentive to us at all times and recommended activities and places to visit. The house was very clean and tidy and there was no lack of detail. Our stay was unbeatable.

Carmen’s stone cottage is a peaceful and magical place. We felt like we were living in a fairytale setting, as though we had been transported to Snow White’s cottage. Beautifully and faithfully restored and decorated to the last detail. We loved the quiet setting with nothing but cowbells in the distance. Carmen was very responsive and friendly.

Beautiful apartment, great location for visiting the city of Gijon on foot. Beautiful view of the bay with a beautiful sunset on the first evening. Paid parking nearby, very popular and included in the rental. Host available for any information.

This accommodation is perfect for a quiet retreat with stunning views of mountains and the beach from an elevated position. Access is via some narrow steep lanes but well worth it. Modern property with all facilities and perfect for a couple. Reading a book on the outside terrace overlooking the magnificent scenery was a real treat.

A beautiful house, with attention to every last detail. The garden is more of the same, very well kept with different areas to relax. Well-enclosed property, ideal if you are taking a getaway with your 4-legged friends. Located in an ideal area to disconnect, all the countryside around it, which for us is part of the charm, and with the plus of having restaurants nearby (you can walk to a restaurant) and 20 minutes by car from Gijón. Jorge, super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended and an experience to be repeated.

This is a lovely appartment with amazing views from the living room and really nice furniture and decoration making it a great place to stay and relax. The pictures can't quite capture it all. It's set in the tiny village of Proacina and the town cats and friendly old dog come and great you on arrival - a real plus for our kids. There's all sorts of walks around and Tino provided lots of useful information. Take some food and supplies with you and you won't want to leave.

We stayed for a month and are happy with everything) The windows face the sunny side, the apartment is cozy, like home. It's quiet at night, it's comfortable to sleep in silence. Great location, 15 minutes' walk to Slavianka store, 16 minutes to the sea. Angela is a very responsive, kind person, the atmosphere in the house is kind)

Very happy with the accommodation, it is in a quiet area, you can park easily, supermarket next door and it has a bus stop very close, the apartment was very clean and the owners left us snacks, food and drinks and a gift for the kids, as I said, but very happy with this accommodation

Great stay, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, very clean, tidy, very comfortable bed. I felt right at home, it's in an area near the beach, bus station, shops and bars. Marcos welcomed us very warmly, and was very kind. He recommended restaurants and several places to visit. We will definitely be back in Gijón and we will definitely stay at Marcos' house.

We loved everything! The apartment is as shown in the photos. Super clean, comfortable and with many details that made the stay very pleasant. The location was perfect, very close to everything. Moni and her daughter were a 10: very friendly, attentive and always willing to help with anything. They even gave us a lot of local recommendations that were great for us. The accommodation was clean and tidy, and it was almost identical to the photos shown. Clean bedding was prepared, so I was able to relax comfortably. It was convenient to have a space to park in front of the house.

It's been an incredible experience. We felt right at home, the cleanliness, Javier's service, the welcome gift, the good parking, the privacy, the location of the apartment, the views, the brightness... everything in general has made us want to return. And we will, I'm sure of it.

The apartment is super centr in Gijón and yet quiet. Everything (supermarket, bars, restaurants) is within minutes walking distance. It's also close to the sea and the city center. The apartment itself is nicely large and well-equipped. Especially the commodities such as shampoo, dishwashing liquid and towels were very helpful. In the event of a problem in the bathroom, they took good care of it even late at night and organized a plumber within an hour who fixed everything quickly. Overall, the apartment is recommended for a trip to Gijón!

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Parking space in the building, convenient and with easy access to the internal elevator. Our children really enjoyed the bedroom equipped with some games. Friendly host, always available and responsive. Very useful tips for visiting the region and for meals. Luanco is a very nice coastal town and convenient as a base for exploring the region.

Absolutely perfect accommodation for a couple. Phenomenal sea and white water vistas, perfectly located and walkable to everywhere. Excellent coffee and coffee maker…enough for our 6 day stay! We have already re-booked it for this September. 5 Stars!

Irene is a very friendly person. I keep a parking space in front of the apartment. The flat is a faithful reflection of the description and the photos. It is in a very quiet area a little far from the center. The apartment is fully furnished and we liked the detail of some welcome chocolates

A very nice and quiet place, comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness. It's a ten-minute drive to downtown Gijón, but you have the full feeling of being in the countryside. Daniela is very helpful and friendly, she is always attentive. We were very comfortable.
