Monthly Rentals in el Grau Vell

We loved the fact that it was so close to a lovely promenade, had a couple of restaurants but the area was natural - not full of high rise buildings and souvenir shops. Delightful place to spend a few days.

We were very comfortable. Enrique resolved all our doubts with kindness and proactivity and the apartment matched the photos. :)

The beach is seconds away and surprisingly empty and calm in August 2024. Apartment is spacious, the light is cosy (indirect light sources) and decoration is tasteful. Parking was always available within 50 meters during our stay. Be aware that there were motorcycles driving outside the apartment around 7-9am so you might want to bring earplugs (no excessive noise, just one or two bikes but I still woke up from that). I would absolutely recommend this place! It was a very good experience all in all.

Carlos is a great host, very friendly and responsive. The flat was as described, very fast and stable internet so we could work without issues. AC and hot water functioned perfectly and we had no issues the whole stay. Would definitely recommend! The area is great too, super easy to get to the castle or the train station, ideal location.
