Stunning Laguna Percebu beachfront off-grid house for large families or groups. Beach ramp to drive ATVs, jet skis, motorcycles and 4WD onto miles of magnificent beach. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spectacular fishing in spring and autumn from the beach. Plenty of butter clams and crabs out front. This is a shell collectors dream especially after big storm. Large fire pit with surrounding built in seating for nighttime oceanfront enjoyment.

Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Two full bathrooms inside and two half bathrooms outside with outdoor shower. Private parking for up to ten vehicles. Pool, wading pool and barbecue area. Capacity up to 25 people. After 25 people there is a charge of $25 USD per additional person per night
