Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. The rustic cottage "lake-themed" interior family home boasts a large picture window facing the sunrise and a large back deck perfect for outdoor grilling or just bird watching from the porch swing. A large open dock to the bay is ideal for fishing or swimming or canoeing/kayaking (provided). The cove side offers a boat house with lift that is available to guests who own boats. Sunrise at Holly Harbor is truly majestic.

Experience a little country in the city. Originally a family owned feed store, The Rafters has exposed hand built rough cut rafters in the ceiling, original wood floors and a tin roof. Horses, chickens and other farm animals are on the property as well. Southern Arkansas University (SAU) is five minutes away. The historic square which is home to the annual Magnolia Blossom Festival World Championship Steak Cook Off and local shops and restaurants are just a three minute walk.
