House is spacious and right in front of the beach. Papás and beer is like a 5 minute walk on the beach.

Just like their property, Susan & Daphne were inviting and cheerful! Fabulous hosts who were so responsive and helpful, they made us feel right at home. The property itself has a stunning view of the beach, with wide windows to enjoy that view unadulterated from the inside and a great patio to enjoy it from outside. We were on a romantic couple’s long weekend and stayed mostly the entire time at the property. The kitchen had a great amount of surface space for cooking, which was a fun bonus. Tucked at the end of Rosarito Beach, we felt very safe and undisturbed, yet just a quick ride away when we wanted to venture into town. Comfortable and clean.

Just returned from our second family vacation at this lovely home. The location and views are incredible , the community is very safe and friendly, we enjoyed using the pickleball, pool, and private beach! Will be back again next year!

Derek was a great host, really responsive and helped make it all super clear and easy. We really enjoyed our weekend here would definitely love to come back.

This airbnb was one of the best I’ve been to! Harry was the best host and very good at communicating. The house was perfect on the beach, the backyard was the walkway to the sand. From the living room you could see the ocean! Such a beautiful view and it’s close to Ensenada/Rosarito/Tijuana/Valle De GuadalupeThe guard gate is right next to the house so I felt safe. Very clean and spacious. I would 100% recommend again! 5 star rating! :) Love the house and would love to return!

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront Airbnb in Mexico! The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the sand and ocean. Being able to walk out and be on the beach within seconds made the entire trip feel like a true getaway. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the air conditioning kept the place cool and refreshing. I especially loved enjoying my morning coffee on the patio while listening to the sound of the waves. The view of the beautiful was breathtaking. Everything about the stay was peaceful and relaxing. If you’re looking for a quiet, beachfront escape with beautiful views and easy beach access, I highly recommend this place. I’d definitely stay here again! We went to Rosarito and Ensenada and Valle De Guadalupe and each were all so very close. Thank you so much for making this trip that much more special and creating beautiful memo

Mario was an excellent host. The home was perfectly prepared for our arrival. His directions were easy to follow and he answered all our questions promptly. We were very comfortable in a beautiful, quiet and safe location. Definitely would stay again.

Great place, hosts were very responsive and we had answers to our questions within seconds. The place is incredible, specifically for its location. The patio at the top level is gorgeous. Only issue was that the showers flow was slow, and the hosts tried their best to fix it. Overall, a great place! 5 stars, easily.

Spent a much needed relaxing weekend in Gaviotas. Brenden's place is exactly as described. A very cute studio for two. Clean, close to the water and the pool. Bed was very comfortable.

Arcelia and Daniel were amazing hosts. They were quick to respond to my messages and had great recommendations for fresh seafood restaurants. The place was better that expected. It was very clean and felt so welcoming, we felt right at home. It also felt very safe and private. It was just a few minutes from the beach. We can't wait to come back. Totally recommend.

Their place is great! Did not skip out on the comfort and furniture in their home. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe, and peaceful. Great size house. The open indoor outdoor area is great for meals and hanging out.

The Las Gaviotas community is beautiful and serene. Sherrie's place is lovely and has a beautiful view. We enjoyed our time both out on the balcony/terrace as well as inside the house from where we could see the ocean! Sherrie was communicative, proactive and wonderful all around! Would 100% visit again :)

The house had amazing ocean views. The deck has a cozy fire table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Everything we needed was in the home. It was clean and just as pictured.
