Elche is wonderful, the apartment is super nice, very well located, just like and better than the photos!!! Highly recommended, close to downtown and the best restaurants!!And Juanan, excellent attention to everything, super attentive to us and the welcome wine was the best!!! Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

Apartment 10 out of 10. Very nice, clean and the development is beautiful. We have been here for 9 days and are super happy, no detail is missing. We look forward to coming back soon!

We were incredibly lucky to stay here for a week, few things that really stood out as exceptional were: Incredible host so friendly and helpful (lots of surprises won't spoil them, but on check out they even came to help with cases to car!) Stunning mountain views from 5th floor Comfy beds great large balcony Good WiFi Great modern 4k TV Exceptional high end appliances including Jura bean to cup ready to go! Wonderful stay, would absolutely come back.

We have already visited Raimondas' apartment several times. We like the peace of Flamenca Village and the apartment with a roof terrace. The cycling roads in the area are excellent. There was also a locked storage room for bikes in the garage. 👍 It's great that now the roof terrace also has a water hose, which you can use to wash it from the dust of the Sahara. Thanks for that Raimondas and Svetlana! We will definitely come again! 😍

Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

We had some nice days at Florian's apartment. Very nice and accommodating hosts. It is walking distance to most things and nice hiking areas just outside the door. The only thing we thought was a little minus is that there is some noise with dogs, but it's gotta be counted on in one neighborhood. All in all it was a good place.

Lovely place, everything you need was available in the villa, to a high standard. Don was extremely helpful. However you definitely need access to a car.

The house is very nice and clean. It had everything you needed and was very well-equipped. The pool area is very nice and more so at night. The kitchen is very spacious. We enjoyed cooking in it. The owners were always available for anything. The only bad thing is that it is not handicapped accessible. A tip for the owners: you should put a handrail on the entrance stairs because my mother is elderly and she missed it. Overall, the house is highly recommended.

We were delighted to be hosted by Bettina and Wolfgang. Their home was very well kept, well equipped and as the photographs show. We needed a bolthole for the week for my husband to play golf and for me to unwind. The home met both our needs. The setting was not quite right for us personally, but that is not a reflection on the property itself. The area is very built up and so if you are looking for something with a little more privacy and a view then you may wish to consider other locations. This is the only slight negative we found. For others this will be the perfect location! Good amenities are available locally with an excellent Aldi 1 mile away. Communication was excellent throughout.

A nice modern villa with an ideal sized pool and associated outdoor arear. Well equipped kitchen and good sized living room with a modern TV. On the roof is a very spacious solarium which gets the sun all day (there is a pergola with a retractable covers if you want some shade). The villa is in a great location - only a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops in town. The beach is 10 minute drive. We were met in person by the host who explained everything we needed to know about the villa and who also provided some good information about the area. Celine and her team were very responsive to questions and were very polite during our stay.

Another magnificent stay in this Villa. It is spectacular and highly recommended. Impeccable, communicative and very friendly owner Ana. We look forward to coming back.

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

Loved Christian’s Flat! It felt like a home from home! We stayed for 2 nights and was exactly what we were after! A stones throw away from the beach, spotless flat, local to restaurants and even used the BBQ for dinner one night! Christian was a great host, nothing seemed to big! He gave us restaurant recommendations and let us check out a little later which was very kind! Would stay again if we’re back in Torrevieja.

Wow what a beautiful place to stay. Very home from home had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely people on the community our children met lots friends in the fantastic swimming pool. The hosts were very good with communication and made our stay very enjoyable, we can’t wait to visit again.

Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

Best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Great view from the room, lovely clean apartment and the host is very approachable and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

The apartment is just as seen in the photos and even better: the appearance is “brand new” freshly painted, impeccable floors and furniture and with all the accessories you may need: capsule coffee maker, toaster, alarms and totally opaque and electric blinds. From all the rooms you can see the sea and the light that comes in is extraordinary. The beach is 5 minutes away and a large supermarket 1 minute away. In addition, David is a superhost, always attentive and one of those who show it in adversity. We had a one-time cleaning problem on the first day and David solved it immediately, with empathy and amazing flexibility. I recommend this apartment 100%
